(PHILOSOPHY)
In the Group Arch's working philosophy, functionality and flows of work are successfully regulated to receive projects the focused attention, for its careful development and implementation.
We provide to sequence the projects and allow the principals personally involve not only in client relationship and liaison but also in the followings: 1. during all phases from program development to design. 2. to contract documents and ultimately be involved in the construction administration phase.
In this foundational process for projects to advance in operative principle, each of these phases is laid during the program development process period. When the process is complete, client’s goal, desires and criteria are identified. Then the early efforts of the client’s role are to be the Architect’s partnership to form a project team.
When the partnership is in the team, consulting and personalized coordination are assured for the triumphant building project. In these processes of identifying, developing and implementing are the solutions for client’s needs of principal teachings. When those procedures are fulfilled, client's become personnel representative to preserve a balance between aesthetic, functional design considerations, construction and cost implication.
